Free Stay Without Pay Offer – Terms & Conditions-
1. This offer is valid on all Puraniks projects in Thane
2. Customer will be eligible for the ‘Free Stay Without Pay’ offer only after completing registration. The Free home will be provided within 30 days of registration.
3. Deposit amount, if any, will be paid by the customer to the owner of the flat.
4. This will be a tri-party agreement where Puranik Builders Ltd. will bear the entire rental cost for 2 years or till possession, whichever is earlier.
5. Charges for Leave & License agreement will be borne between the customer and flat owner ( landlord) as per mutually agreed terms.
6. Puraniks’ Free Homes will be subject to availability. If inventory is exhausted, Puranik Builders Ltd. will either provide a free flat in any other society or the equivalent amount of 2 years’ rent as a discount from the agreement value.
7. This offer is valid till 31st March, 2019
8. All incidental cost such as consumables,electricity cost,etc will be borne by the customer.

Terms and Conditions for Special Loan Offer-
9. 999 Loan Offer/Scheme is applicable only if home loan is availed. After December 2020, regular EMIs/Pre-EMIs will be applicable.
10. At the time of booking the customer has to pay minimum Rs. 75,000 as booking amount.
11. Customers opting for 999 Loan Offer will have to pay 10% (incl. of the booking amount) of the Agreement Value to Puraniks within 15 days and rest 90% payment through home loan.
12. The coupon will be adjusted in the agreement value as discount
